Hello! My name is Brendan Schnoebelen, and I am currently an undergraduate at the University of Iowa pursuing a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications while minoring in Sport Media and Culture. I have also attended Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where I earned my Associates of Arts degree pursuing a journalism major. Outside of class, I am an avid Iowa Hawkeyes fan, as well as a fan of the Detroit Lions and football in general. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family along with attending sprint car races. I have already gained some journalism experience, having interned at a local newspaper covering events during the summer of 2023, and have broadcasted live high school sports for my local radio station where I currently work. While on my site, I hope you get an idea of how much time and effort I put into my work, and get a taste of my interests.
